Terms of trade 2007

Validity
These terms of trade govern the sale and supply of goods by Newhouseofart to you. Newhouseofart may amend these terms from time to time. You will be notified of any amendments by a notice on newhouseofart site. 

Newhouseofart contract with you
As soon as Newhouseofart has sent you an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order a contract exists between Newhouseofart and you. Newhouseofart reserves the right to place restrictions on the volume of any goods ordered.

Pricing and availability
The prices and availability of the goods are specified on newhouseofart site. Such information is subject to change without notice. All orders must be paid in advance . The total cost of your order reflects the price of the products ordered plus a shipping charge for handling, packing and postage.

Delivery of goods 
Newhouseofart shall send the goods ordered to the delivery address, which you supply. All delivery times quoted on newhouseofart site are estimates based on availability, normal processing and delivery time. Title to the goods will pass to you on payment in full. Risk will pass to you on delivery. 

Newhouseofart guarantee and returns policy
The packing of the article ordered is such that Newhouseofart guarantees undamaged delivery. If damaged goods have been accepted in good order, no claims can be made. In the event of incorrect or damaged delivery, the recipient must submit a claim as soon as possible and within 2 working days of receipt. Newhouseofart shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible then we will credit the total amount spent by you on the order. Newhouseofart recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Governing law and jurisdiction
Contracts between you and newhouseofart are governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with contracts between you and newhouseofart shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

Privacy policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. We may also use it to tell you about changes in our services. All the information you give us is private and secure. We do not currently sell or rent information about our customers, and would not do so without asking you first.
